All European orders are sent to you via Royal Mail, or in some cases, an alternative reputable courier. Packages take an estimated 5-10 working days to arrive.

Please note, no changes can be made to the delivery address you have provided once your order has been placed.

Please note we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed.
We do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays.
Unfortunately we do not dispatch orders to any international location outside of Europe, or to any BFPO address.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.

Returns & Refunds


We offer a full refund on any items that you are not completely happy with. The items must be returned in the condition in which they were sold by post within 14 days of receipt. When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery.
Any items returned after 14 days will be refused and returned to you.
To return an item:
In order to return an item(s) you must log into your online account and ‘make a return’. 
Please ensure you return your item(s) back to us within the original packaging where appropriate. Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent), as Shipment cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All refunds will be made via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
However, please note that orders already shipped must be received back at our Distribution Centre before a refund can be issued.



Faulty Items

 

Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us at info@ship-ment.com stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.
We will then examine the returned product and will notify you of any refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time. In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or faulty item from us we will refund any return postage costs incurred.
